CoalescoTM ester alcohol DIPG-16 is a top-quality coalescent specifically designed for slow odor coalescent of waterborne coatings industry. It is an environmental plasticizer and efficient, “green” coalescent for latex paints. DIPG-16 is not classified as a VOC (volatile organic compound) according to the European Union Decopaint Directive 2004/42/EC (commonly referred to as the Decopaint Directive), the European Union Solvent Emissions Directive, and the China State Environmental Protection Agency. It has a non-VOC status, low toxicity, and biodegradability.
